I suspect these days the data protection act makes it a bit more hassle but actually building an adult dating site is fairly easy and there are plenty of blokes who'll pay in the hope of getting their onions wet. The biggest problem is getting it noticed, getting enough women on there to entice the blokes in, and maintaining a high ratio of genuine profiles.
