Anyone ever worked out of a techhub type place?

Looks interesting, and a good place to formulate a 'plan b' - though don't think my usual type of client would appreciate me working there on their stuff.

TechHub -

Considering signing up for a month or two, as I am going to be in London a bit over next few months, and it will be something to do in the evenings.
