    Presumably not; since you can legally hold a double barrel, single barrel, over-under, pump with a 3 cartridge limit, or auto with 3 cartridge limit in this country.

    Yes, but by culling the males you significantly reduce the potential breeding population. One male chav can sire anything up to 20 young in a single year, but each female will only produce one offspring (not allowing for twins). The removal of these three from the gene pool has prevented the the birth of up to sixty potential burglers.
