    Last time I was involved with data input teams, I had the whole lot outsourced to India. 12 Data Stewards all on £8000 per year and all Uni graduates.

    Last time I worked with a load of data entry people I was surprised to find that the experienced enterers were about 3 times quicker than the rookies, and got paid a lot more (but not 3 times more). And they're usually the coolest people in the building.

    £10 ph is pretty good for Data Entry. I would suggest that just above minimum wage is the usual rate for DE work in the Midlands.
