It's best all round not to have a personality if you want to succeed as a permie. That's my experience anyway.

I dress up in womens clothing at the weekend, so yes - I have a different personality outside of work.

the phrase "I tried to be normal here but it was just so overrated" springs to mind.
The Dutch have a saying in thsi respect ,Just act normal , because thats strange enough.
