Hang on a mo !! Weren't Labour castigating thre Tories last week for stating that they will make cuts. Surely this means that Labour will not make any cuts.

Instead of cutting back on (public) spending, double it every year, year on year.
The country will rack up trillions then zillions in debt, but since debt is a good thing for the economy, we'd all be laughing.

If they really wanted to cut back on State Spending then Labour would drop Trident and the ID card scheme - rather than cutting State Sector jobs - remember these are the rank and file Labour supporters who typically enjoy these State Sector positions - I suspect it would have to be Cameron who proposes these cuts rather than Labour and that will not go down well at all and would translate into less votes for the Conservatives.
Dont under-estimate the power of these State sector workers when it comes to the elections - they held the key for Labours last victory - and out of self-interest - they certainly wont be voting Conservative

I went on HousePriceCrash.com yesterday to see what they are saying and it appears that even the most hardcore doomsters amongst them are wavering or buying houses.

It may turn out OK, but then, where is the consumer spending going to come from?

If there isn't then the UK will become insolvent - and then it will be forced to severely cut back State spending, so it is going to happen one way or another.
I don't like to sound like a complete doom-monger, but it is not easy for me to see anything very positive at the moment.

I feel guilty for nothing nor should I, you speculate as much as you like I have plenty of documented evidence and witnesses even recordings of telephone messages.
BTW: TPD has nothing to do with me

The reason I was not banned is the site/mod were getting much of the same nutter treatment (so they know I was telling the truth). Perhaps they were Stalking her too?
She is your mate (or at least you are still in contact) because something I told you in confidence (when you were pretending to help) was posted in that TPD area and on the various blogs and I didn't tell anyone else. IMO, You are nothing but a little tulip stirrer and you get off on it.
In fact you are a first class cad.
AFAIK I know I never knew anything in confidence : but I hope I did and hope I posted it (whatever it is you are going on about). Whatever I did just cannot be any worse than what you have did.
Just to re-iterate : you are as bad as she is.
I am still mourning the loss of t***ille and blame you both. One gets a tiny bit of comfort and some f**kers come along and ruin it.
Anyway, I have stopped visting t***ille and am going to stop visiting this thread too. Post what you like. I just hope you feel guilty.

I will never understand why you were not banned. For some reason admin believes that the longer you have posted on cuk the more reliable you are. When thing we appear to agree on from your post is that the opposite is true.
Phone calls from me to that person =0 vs 100s
Phone calls to client sites from me =0 vs 100s
Phone calls to peoples partners from me professing love =0 vs several
Emails from me = several (please feck off) vs 100s.

I'd rather leave this alone, but I'm not having you or anyone else twist the facts for you own ulterior motivesLast edited by Bagpuss; 15 June 2009, 17:32.

The UK is in the best shape out of all the economies in Europe, according to a leading economist.
Paul Krugman, who won the 2008 Nobel prize for economics, said that the UK's economic policies had been "pretty good" and called them "intelligent".
The government also deserved more credit for its policies, he said in an interview with The Observer newspaper.
His comments come at the end of a week when the pound has risen to its highest level this year.
But Professor Krugman believes the earlier fall in the value of sterling may have helped the UK.
"The UK has achieved a lot of monetary traction in the way that no one else has through the depreciation of the pound. In effect, you've carried out a successful beggar-my-neighbour devaluation," he said.
"I think the UK economy looks the best in Europe at the moment."
The government's policies had managed to stabilise the banking system, he said.
He added: "If the government can hold off having an election until next year, Labour might well be able to run as 'we're the people who brought Britain out of the slump'."
===================================
We should all be grateful to Gordon
Hopefully we will be out of Europe after the next elections and not have all of those other lame ducks dragging us down.
