Nice avatar - view from the office?

Nice win but really no chance for WC 2010. Brazil or Argentinia - not sure which to back...

Perhaps this result will silence that gob-tulipe Croatian coach, Bilic.

The highlights were on Setanta freeview after the game.

Sport-related threads don't seem to flourish on this forum very well. Probably because this industry is largely staffed by the rotund, pale, wheezy, geek kids from school who never got picked for the sports teams (with a few exceptions of course).

It was by no means slick

I've got a Roberts DAB radio which lets you pause so I just had to pause it at a point which was well described then watch the pictures until it reached that point, and then un-pause, and occasionally adjust it.

It was on ZDF in Germany after the German game of course.
England football team in playing as a team and looking like footballers Shock horror probe!
One of the best performances from England I have seen in a long time.
They all looked confident on the ball. Passing was accurate and timely. They were constantly looking for ways to break through. Pleasure to watch.
