Hypothetical question: If DP had a house valued at £500,000 and £500,000 cash in September 2007, what is the net worth today? How much money is DP losing per day in real terms? Is this good or bad for the economy and fairness

I'm sure that if DP realised his assets he could raise a few million.

By the way, what is the exchange rate for Zimbab dollars now?

I’m working on my second million.

They say it’s easier than the first. So I’ll knock this second one out and then go back and finish of the first one later.

Ah. I've obviously missed all that. I'll go back to bed now then.

Considering how many people had a million pound house asset in the South East (pre bubble burst) I wouldn't be in the slightest bit surprised if DP had 1 mil plus in asset base.

Any of the posters on here who have a bunch of investments and BTL's could easily top £1mil, hardly that rare in 2008.
