Indeed. We cancelled a whodunnit evening for that.

Never mind, I got the each-way compensation, about 20 quid less than you got sas.

No, I was off having a ham and tomato sandwich with mustard. My favourite.

    HTH.

P.S. Contrary to popular opinion, I am not, and never have been, b).

I've won money on Pakistan in the cricket world cup, when they beat England in the final, at a time when they were mortal cheating enemies. I couldn't resist the silly odds when they were saved by the rain from being eliminated in the group stages.

Mortal enemies are often good value because most people in England bet with their heart and won't back them.

No consolations for me this time though, as my money went on England at more silly odds. All eggs in one basket I'm afraid.
I genuinely hope you win. Not a bad bet as it goes. Mine was more predictable.

That will certainly take your mind off the headache. The immense pain in your groin may be a different matter though.

Early stages of a migraine - lots of caffeine. But it has to be early otherwise it tends to make it worse.

Sleep is your best bet beforehand, and paracetamol. Unless you can get your hands on some migraleve or migril, but they are prescription only.
