There are some online house moving websites that can give you a list of people that you should tell when you move, so it should be the same when you change your name.

I'm not saying it wasn’t legal it’s just something we overlooked when booking the honeymoon in my name for both of us, we figured it must be a pretty common thing to do and had no problems at check in.
