Forgot to say that their political differences aside, Royal seems to have zero personality and too much forehead botox. No-one will ever take her seriously. Sarkozy is pretty sleazy but looks like he has hard mates.

I watched the debate last night (my missus is French) and Mr. Sarkozy reinforced my faith in his ability to win this one. My missus was of course rooting for Ms. Royal. I fell asleep sozzled after the first 25 minutes.
