The same thing happens at the sandwich shop, every feckin' day they are left with about 20 tuna yet the cheese and pickle sell out in minutes... gggrrrr

I had the same thing at an on-site canteen a few years ago - only it was liver sausage sandwiches or something similar that were always left because nobody bought any.

When I pointed out that they should make more cheese & pickle and fewer (if any) liver sausage, the bint behind the till said something like "but then we wouldn't have any sausage ones to sell"

Ooh that sounds painful, why not just get a bigger size wear some extra socks and join the circus with your clown feet.

I used be size 9, but found it hard to get shoes so I now bind my feet like 19th Chinese women. It hurts for the first few years as your metatarsals slowly deform, but now I have no problem fitting into a pair of size 4s.

"We don't have that in a size nine, sir. Would you like to try a size eight instead?"
