And you should get cashback if you take out private healthcare or pay for private schooling, no doubt.

TfL Congestion Charge consultation

TfL have a consultation open on the congestion charge in that London

Whilst most here don't give a monkey's some may want to comment:

EDIT: you don't have to register to fill in the survey. Down the bottom of the page under all the supporting documentation is an offline version that you can fill in and email/post in
