Hiring Employees for my "Niche 4k Media" Ltd.

I have a limited company and am a sole director. I want to know how to hire cheap chinese / thai / generally asian actors.. I mean employees, to put in my productions... I mean pimp out... I mean send to my clientco. How do I go about doing this? Assistance needed, instructions unclear.
