No thanks, I'd rather own my own turnip outright than worry about what some landlord may or may not deign to allow.

Yes, Germany is very nice, and the German people are very friendly. Hopefully in time they can get us to see sense and stop stuggling like some small prey in the jaws of a superior predator, and embrace this properly.
