Yes there are.Originally posted by Jerry Gooman View PostAppreciate any feedback
Though due to parts of Surrey being within the M25 they often get advertised as London regardless of whether they are in Greater London or actually in Surrey.
Also depending where you live in Surrey you may want to look at neighbouring counties such as Hampshire, Berkshire and West Sussex if you don't want to work in London.
One of the things you need to think of is that sometimes it's quicker to travel further to a contract depending on the type of road you are using.
Now go and read the newbie guides, sort your CV out and learn to how to use the forum search functionality.

Do ya think so?! (Quote from Planes, Trains and Automobiles...)Originally posted by cojak View PostOK lads,
The OP was only asking...
@JG: take a look at http://forums.contractoruk.com/welco...e-newbies.html . I think the regulars are hinting that if you want to be a contractor you need to be a bit more self-reliant.
I never saw a man picked up by his testicles before! (same film, quite apt in OP's case)...

I was in Woking earlier in there year and I used this site
www.ItContractJobsInSurrey.com
But I always got the name of the county wrong in the address, it seems Surrey is the hardest wordLast edited by SimonMac; 24 July 2012, 16:44.

You would get a better response if you posted a text version of your cv here so that people can get a good idea whether your skills and experience are of interest. Please post it asap while the thread is hot.
