    It's not incredibly excessive. I think we generally talk about 12 -14% on here so its not the best but there are many stories of it being a lot worse.

    You can neogtiate with agent though. If you get the gig tell the agent what you want and barter. It isn't fixed.

    A bit yes, but I would have thought £304 is a funny amount and tried to work it back....

    Contract Agency Percentage?

    Went to an interview this week, my agent told me the rate was £304 per day - the client let slip it was £380.... Thats £76 a day they are making off me - 20% - does that sound excessive?
