Yeah it's cheaper than I was expecting. But £120 just for that, which is all I want right now, is still pricey if someone has one to hand

I may consider joining if I need the contract template as well as the T&Cs template.

Ah hah... As a member, I can't open the site as a non-member which means I don't see which are marked as member only. Sorry....

Then again, it's only £120 a year. Any idea how much Egos's services cost?

They're not free. They are included in what you get as a member, and listed under the various membership plans as such.

Dress code and Conduct are utterly irrelevant, BTW. You're a professional service provider and can manage such things all by yourself.

I know that dress code and other 'being professional' things should not need to be covered. But on the other hand if it's reasonable a company who has customers visit their premises has something to refer to when a contractor working on-site turns up in shorts and flip-flops. I think it's part of MyCo's policy that employees should conduct themselves appropriately, and I am simply sharing that policy with clients to impress them with our attitude.

    Providing MyCo's terms of service

Agreed some work direct with a former boss who has now set up his own company. They have not used contractors before so have no contract template in place... so far they have a very simple consultant contract and an employment T&C doc which they want to fuse together, dropping irrelevant parts.

I have heard some contractors say they provide their company's standard T&Cs covering things like dress code and professional conduct, so that it doesn't end up in a contract that you are being told how to act by your client. I don't suppose anyone has a template they could share or knows of one online?
Working...
