If you are starting a business you'll want an accountanting portal. If you get Freeagent or Xero they will do it for you.

I would use Excel - you can use a M$ template that performs simple calculations and will knock up a basic invoice in 30 seconds.Originally posted by hobnob View PostHi, and welcome to the forum.

If you're not using anything yet, I think that's a higher priority. (You can always do invoices by hand in the short term, e.g. typing them in Word.)

best invoicing apps?
hi, i've just recently started my own IT business and was wondering what are the best invoicing apps? i'm fairly new to this so it would have to be easy to use and pretty straight forward, if anyone has any suggestions that would be great, thankyou
