The company is one of the assets you have to consider. There was an interesting article in a contractor weekly mail just yesterday about the company and IHT.

Anyway, any decent solicitor or will writer will be able sort it for you. It should be just part of the job for them. I'd be asking a professional rather than searching for it yourself... But you knew that already

Drawing up a Will company details etc

I need to sort out a Last Will & Testament, is it more complicated since owner of company etc?

Did a search but nothing came back.
