    Chelsea or Selsey?

Anyway, only Pikeys and trainspotter-type beardies have caravans. Caravans should be banned from the road, except between the hours of 1am and 5am.

Static caravans are great to hire if you can find a site near your client. You always get a TV, kitchen and guest room. Most have a bar on the site. Some have Sky TV and Wi-Fi access. Perfect contractor home away from home.

wise advice to take a hotel/travel dodge for the first week and scope the area, not like what I did once in Bristol, went straight to one of those B&B dickensian bleak house thingies on the hill up to clifton, 8 years later, I can still remember the itching...........

I've just done 10 months in a travelodge - prebooking got the daily rate down to £26@ day - pretty good for town centre serviced accomodation.

Buy yourself a cheepo freeview box & don't expect internet access in the rooms

Travelodge/Premier Travel Inn etc for the first week. During first week, scope out B&Bs, Caravan Sites with static caravans etc etc.
