    Brexit has consumed 100% of Government's time and will continue to do so, at the expense of everything else.

    I very much suspect that had the government not spent all it's time arguing about Brexit and trying to reduce immigration by 0.1% they would have had time to discuss

    You joke, but there is a rumour on social media, and let's face it social media is never wrong, that the Tories have paid for someone to do this to take the news away from the Brexit mess they are in. It also doubles up for a good test of how bad travel will be on 29th March .... kind of a pilot project
