    higher in real terms than 2004 well before B'ruin's worldwide bust which caused wages to nosedive and not recover until 2014. Its still higher despite the uncertainty of Brexit.

    Wage rises in nominal terms are pretty much a straight line.

    We're in the slowly boiling frog phase at the moment - bad things are happening, but slowly so the Brexiters aren't seeing them. But they're definitely happening.
