    Just think on the future tariff on non jam related spreads, it would make a wonga interest rate look good!

    Unilever was part run in NL & UK, they had to choose and and I suppose Irish double dutch sandwich means paying less tax!.

    I can tell you that Mordac is both thick and dishonest so thats answered that one.

    As for this company moving HQ to Holland, that is both Brexit and the fact that its harder for a takeover bid in EU to happen.

    of course they would deny brexit is a factor or else Brexit supporting Marmite eaters won't buy their Marmite anymore.
    Most analysts do think Brexit is a factor + better taxation conditions on dividends in NL
