started a topic Germany and VAT

    Germany and VAT

Currently working in Germany, through a German agency, for a German company.

The contract is between the German agency and my English, VAT registered Ltd Company.

The agencies online timesheet system won't let me add VAT to my invoice. I queried this. They are telling me I don't need to charge VAT.

As I am VAT registered, I do, Shirley?

My contract states an hourly rate, in euros, plus VAT.

    Any help greatly appreciated.
