Wouldn't it be more prudent to discuss what you are wanting to do and then come up with a solution rather than just asking this?

For example, the answer to the mortgage question might be they are a little bit more expensive but have many limitations. The question you might be better of asking is 'Is it better to get a mortgage through the business rather than personally' The answer to that may mean you don't need to know about commercial mortgages.

It just strikes me we need to know what you want to do with it so you know it is the correct route before asking what the actual rates are?

I kinda ask as you are perm now so wondering what you need to know for.
