Thanks Richard, its very useful. I will save it for the furture. I can think of a lot of situations where we need it. i.e. home insurance etc

Thank you all for your help. Craig, my accountant mentioned she can provide one. But its too late as my interview is tomorrow. Next time, I will ask her to do it.
I will bring my contract with my agency. On the contract I was referred as consultant. and the rate is on it as well.
So hopefully it should be good enough.

NB: You are probably a Director whereas I am a Company Secretary.
I got a company stamp when I set up my LtdCo so I stamp the letter. I also have a LtdCo logo to make the letter pretty.
I have used the above at least 3 times and it has always been accepted.

My only advice is to chase up your accountant. I assume the interviewer will need to see an accountants reference which has their letterhead rather than one you have mocked up from your own company?

employment letter template
Hi All,
I am wondering if anyone can help me. I got an visa interview tomorrow and am asked to provide employment letter to prove my employment status and income etc.
Does anyone have a template I can use? Many thanks.
Ps, My accountant said that 'I am an employee of my Limited company, where I am acting as the director. But the template letter she was supposed to sent didn’t come through
