"I was under the impression...37k divdends" etc

Sounds like you are blaming Uptons for that.

You clearly do not even understand the basics of taking small salary, plus divdends route. I am 99.9% sure Uptons did not lead you down that garden path.

Joey - can I call you that - or do you prefer Mr Deacon?

Anyway, don't let my sub-5000 post count put you off, but you are undeniably a fkwt.

    HTH.

There doesn't need to be. Does this sum it up:

"If you have unearned income from stocks, shares and savings or other sources, you will be required to calculate any student loan repayments due through Self Assessment in addition to any repayments which are deducted through PAYE."

It seems to me that by whatever means you get money from your LtdCo, that money will be determined to be income that can be used in the student loan repayment calculations.

We do contribute Joey. I'm sure if you asked nicely someone could probably code you a stupid question generator to save you logging on at all.

I've only got 280 posts (at a slower rate than you) but agree with everyone else.

You don't get something for nothing.

Death and taxes. OR follow HABs route out.

Where does Capital Gains Tax come into it. Anyway,

If you have any ’unearned income’ from other sources like savings or investments, remember that this counts towards your total income.

I think the taxman might see right through that.

By taking even more dividends. Or pensions. Or expenses. Or something else, spending it on stuff I suppose
