Ive done a 6 month contract in uk recently but have now been on the bench from beginning of april. thats 3 months now , I recall back in feburary that my umbrella said that Id have to gain another contract soon to keep my tax benefits(expenses) otherwise I would lose that and end up having to repay.

Is this true or shouldnt I get this closed. I did get a P60 from them afterwards

I ask this becuase I want to contract in Australia soon is it possible to get
agency to pay a uk umbrella and continue as normal? and not be tax liable in australia. 183 day rule?
