Speak to Darren at Upton Accountants. I've used a few 'contractor specialists' over the years and I have to say Upton are the best I've found. He's on these boards and their website is here...

Looking for decent accountancy for New Ltd Co.

I know this question has been asked before but I cant find the link.

I am a 10yrs plus contractor and using a brolly at the moment, but used to be Ltd a few years ago. I am finding the limitations of a brolly annoying and want to go Ltd again but my last accountant ripped me off with fees and didnt do such a good job with my tax calculations. My old company has since been disolved.

Im looking for a reliable accountacy with non ripoff fees, something on a fixed monthly charge to do everything bar VAT returns. Would be better if its a accountacy that deals specifically with IT contractors.
