Least your child won't turn around when their older like myself and 2 of my friends did and tell their dads they were sh*ts for not paying enough money to support them.
Oh and don't worry your ex doesn't need to say anything for the kid to find this out the benefits and the grants that you find you are entitled to says more.......

You might be better advised seeking professional advice - maybe an accountant would know something about these matters?
Of course there's always the risk of professional advice using up all the money you could have spent on supporting your children.

So for every 65k 8% will be deemed as income and then 15% of that 8% will be payable to your children?
I make that £780 to your kids for every 65k in your company. What are you moaning about, it's for your children ffs.

CSA Tribunals
Anyone had the (mis)fortune to have a CSA Tribunal go through their books? If so, what happened?
I have a large cash sum in my company account out of which I have already paid child maintenance. From what I have read any sum over £65k is accessed at a rate of 8% as being income. The CM of 15% is then deemed to be due. Talk about having your cake ...
If anyone has any info and would rather PM me than post in the forum please go ahead.
Many thanks to anybody who answers.
