Supporting documents for Visitor visa sponsorship

Hello everybody,

I need to sponsor my mother-in-law to come here in UK on a visitor visa.

I have sponsored a visitor visa when I was working as a permanent employee. At that time I needed Employer's letter and salary slips for 6 months.

Since I'm owner and director of my own limited company, what documents are needed to support the visa applications?

My guess is I'd need:
1. Salary slips for past 6 months
2. Dividend vouchers
3. Some sort of letter from you to state that I'm owner and director of limited company etc. (What other details need to be included ion this letter?)

Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
