IR35 is applied on a per contract basis. If any of your concurrent contracts are clearly IR35-caught, then the answer is yes. Only if none of them are caught can you legitimately answer no.
That said, if your driving work is paid net of PAYE and NICs, I think it is out of scope as far as IR35 is concerned: any accountants listening?
Its paid to MyCo - there is no contract there its an adhoc thing on weekends/days I am off.

I think I will answer yes and yes.

    P35 Annual Return

I'm currently filling this in (well I was until the laptop went bang as the AC adapter shorted....feck).

Anyhoo. Question Six. I'm guessing that the answer is No as I am outside IR35. I heard people refer to this as the stupid box and began to second guess myself.

In my case the answers may be yes then no as all the driving work I do (£15k this year) I pay at full rates and only take divs from what I earn non driving work (i.e. the mon to friday job).

    Comments.

Yes, I did search but got a "The following words are either very common, too long, or too short and were not included in your search: P35, six"

Which was quite limiting in the search parameters.
