    key man insurance is pretty much the only business insurance that provides life cover.
    How it works for a PSC is a different question. I doubt you can insure for lost revenue, but you could probably get cover to ensure the costs of closing the company and distributing the cash to the estate are covered.

    It can be paid by your company as with all things. However, whether it is disallowable for CT or subject to BIK is a different story. For insurances, if the company paid for it, the question would be who is the beneficiary for the policy which will determine whether there is any BIK charge.

    I'm thinking about getting some life insurance, one company is saying that the premiums can be paid by MyCo. How can this be right? (benefits would be payable to my family). They seemed vague when asked about this.

    I don't recall this topic coming up before, before NLUK tells me to check the links and ask my accountant
