Crunch Accounting - July & August outstanding PAYE/NIC submissions

I just had an email from my accountants (Crunch), saying they have messed up the PAYE/NIC submissions to HMRC for the last two months, but have already taken steps to rectify it.

I have already paid HMRC what was owed, as Crunch also send me emails every month.

Did anybody else with them get this?
