The last time I worked in the Netherlands, I used a payroll company called Yellowstone which I was happy with. The 30% didn't apply as I live in.Belgium, so I deducted actual expenses. I Declared the after expense earnings to my local authoritiy.I believe you have the option of chosing the 30% or the actual expenses.I know that the Belgian tax authorities query the 30% but I don't know if other authorities accept the allowance. Anyway don't forget you will need private health insurance on top of your normal SS deductions. It's about €100 a month minimum cover

I had a quote form a company called FixedToday and they charged €250 management fee per month (Last October)
Didn't take the contract as after all cost deductions a €800 pd contract in NL would leave me much worse off than a £500 pd contract in the UK

I'm with AAME at the moment and they have been pretty good, even down to one of their staff visiting me in person at work to go over every figure, explain it, talk through the law, talk through the 30% thing etc etc.
I had another one recommended on here to me and their sales guy was incredibly forthcoming and helpful about explaining everything to me, but their company REALLY dropped the ball when it came to actually pulling the trigger and setting everything up. Delays, bad communication the works - not what you want when they are handling YOUR money in a foreign country, so I didn't sign contracts with them.

I have been quoted 500 euro per month so far, which I think is quite steep - but having no knowledge of how expensive it should be, it could be the going rate.
Any help appreciated. Thanks
If you don't plan to become non-tax resident in UK, you will pay the difference in tax to to HMRC as if an employee in UK, making the 30% a bit of a dead Dodo. Hopefully the rate is worth it.
