    when I run my Ltd Co my accountant wont let me make any errors or delays in payment even had a Hector letter once when there was a slight error in accountants.
    A quiet call to HMRC? If he closes companies at a whim then perhaps he has a propensity to forget all those personal cheques need declaring.
