Hi All Has anyone used this site to assess IR35 status and consequently used the certificate/contract review to confirm this with their client? I ran through it and it came back as not being inside IR35. When I run through the HMRC one it comes back as unknown. Do you think this is enough to...

  3. Expenses - travel, food, hotel in a public sector inside IR35 role

The role is with MoD, via parasol umbrella. They clain I can claim expenses if I am not subject to SDC in my contract. As far as I know this is not the case and if you are in inside ir35 roles you can not claim any expenses at all. So what gives?

  4. Were predictions about impact of public sector IR35 on number of contractors correct?

I haven't come across any real analysis on this. This article estimates an 8.4% reduction in available candidates for NHS within their registrations. To be honest the market seems to have contracted much more than this to me? ...
