  3. Expenses - travel, food, hotel in a public sector inside IR35 role

    The role is with MoD, via parasol umbrella. They clain I can claim expenses if I am not subject to SDC in my contract. As far as I know this is not the case and if you are in inside ir35 roles you can not claim any expenses at all. So what gives?
