Reseller Broadband

Can anyone recommend a broadband provider that allows me to resell to others?

I have read that Tiscali do a affiliate program for £200 which seems a lot of money since i would be giving them business. I have also heard UKFAST do a reseller program.

Does anyone have any experience of dealing with these companies or can recommend any?

Pipex and Plusnet offer reseller programs.

I don't think the details are too clear on either website. I'd suggest phoning them to ask.
