    @#%$ Terms and Conditions

I'm looking for a 'contractor' friendly clause to propose to an agency to replace their current defintion of a working day - which currently specifiys min of 7.5 hours or as reasonably requested by client.
I'm happy with 7.5 hours and happy to do more hours as necessary for client, as agreed from time to time depending on the project, but with flexibility on both sides.
    Any suggestions?

    Terms and Conditions

    Hi Sally,
I am working on one with this part of the detail. I will post it in the next few days.

seems sensible to average it over a 13 week period like the working time directive. In fact you could probably use the working time directive to limit your liability.
