Experience with ITECS?

Is anyone currently with ITECS?

If so, what is your experience, positive? negative?

Would you recomend them for contracting in Europe?

I've just joined them in preparation for my next contract.

Everyone I've spoken to so far rates them highly. Everything seems above board. I will report back once I've actually started using them at the end of April.

Mikey, perhaps we can chat offline.

I've been with them for several years and never had problems. Things changed since Parker Woods take over 3 months ago.

I am considering changing and ask to see if others are experiencing any problems.

Whilst shopping around. I found these guys. Gamut Financials

Their methods seemed to be a lot less complicated. But on the advice of others on the board, I decided to give ITECS a go. Gamut's fees were higher too.

if you asked me 3 months ago i would have given the same recomendation.

Never used them myself, though I know plenty who have. I never heard any complaints.
I used Pearl Systems as I had known one of them for a long time.
Gat a quote from a few and see whats best.

I used them, They're fine. Competent. Never had a problem.

I e-mailed Pearl and another company called Sybersolve today. No harm seeing what else is on offer.

Itecs....

I was using them, but have stopped after a catalogue of errors and am now self employed.

When it was Itecs there didn't seem to be any problems and everyone I had checked with recommended them. Since the Parker Woods take over it does seem to have gone to pot. Two of the customer service reps that I've been dealing with have since left the company and from speaking to my agent and some others at the agency I am not the only contractor using Itecs that is having problems getting money from them.

There are some good staff still there, but it seems that they are either in the minority or being held back from doing their job by being reliant on others.

I would not recommend them at the moment and would advise to use anyone else but them.
