    360 - Fee increase

I dont know if anyone else is stupid enough to use 360 group as their accountants, but they have announced their fees will rise to £95+vat per month.

I didnt think they were very compettiive at £85+vat but I think they are squeezing me a little too hard now.

£95 a month! Is that a ltd co option or composite, hope it is worth it!

      price hike

If your accountant is doing a good job, and everything is being done in good time, then is there really a need to change.

do you wanna risk ending up paying less for poorer service.

If the fees are to much, my advice would be to transfer to another accountant based on recommendation on someone you trust only!

        Re: price hike

I havent been overly impressed with their service.
I havent experienced any real problems but they have never been proactive in their advice. I was considering moving earlier in the year but was resigned against the hassle. But to increase the price when its not very competitvely priced and to notify customer by email 5 working days before the increase during the busy christmas period is taking the mick.

          No !!

The better option is to pay less for a superior service with no risk - see link above

            Hard sell

Calm down, no need for the hard sell.
Ive had your referral form from your site for about 6 months.

Sorry rubybish - I was merely defending our accountant in the light of to Brewers comments.

If there is no need for the 'hard sell', why then are you contemplating staying with your current accountant ? If we were making our point well enough on this forum and the website you would have transferred a long time ago, wouldn't you ?

                Re: Hard sell

I didnt make it clear that I had been in a state of 'better the devil you know' and general lethargy but as soon as I got the email detailing the fee increase I had decided to move and I had already decided who to move to.
