Going a bit thin on top

It appears that after a few years of the missus and a few other people pointing out that I was beginning to go a bit thin on top, it appears with the hot weather recently I may need to wear a hat.

Now on the whole I have beautifully soft hair, the type of hair a rough sailor would rub his hands through and dream of Timotei or a nice soft fluffy teddy bear wrapped in silk.

I am now deciding that I need to cover this impending spot or at least have one of those Wayne Rooney / Shane Warne weaves (without screwing any old age prossies) of course.

What courses of action are open to a young dynamic go getter like myself?

      Tilley. https://www.tilley.com/uk_en/

My dermatologist said it's the only brand of hat worth getting to protect your head.

Uttings have them on offer at the minute: Men's Tilley Headwear | Uttings.co.uk
But it's worth trying them on first to get the size and style you like.

You could get a job, you would then have less time to worry about your hair.

On a personal note, I just go to the barbers, ask for a half all over and get on with my life. I don't think anyone in the world gives a poop about my hair or your hair. Even the obsession with Jennifer Aniston hair was short lived, and she had really great hair.

          I can't believe I made a serious reply!

          How about a clean hanky?

I think you could rock that look.

You getting in touch with your inner Baldrick?

Blackadder: [Arthur wants Blackadder to tell him a children's story because he misses his mother] And then Squirry the Squirrel went "Ni, Ni, Ni" and they all went home for tea.

Arthur the Sailor: Thanks very much, me ol' shivering mateys! Now, how much do you charge for a good hard shag?

            Blackadder: [nervously] A thousand pounds.

Arthur the Sailor: A thousand pounds? You've got to be joking!

Blackadder: Well, I'm sure we could negotiate.

            [Tosses soliciting placard to Baldrick]

Blackadder: [next scene: back at home] Right, so we've got sixpence.

Shave it all off, keep it up regularly as a stubbly head doesn't feel nice and then get some decent hats to stop your head burning/getting cold as appropriate.

This is what happens when you fill your face with pies, it expands laterally and thins your remaining hair.

The only solution, other than becoming less than orca fat, is to tattoo your head.
