Working for service company(Owned by Craptia) for a large Government client.

Just discovered a contract working via service company for a large Government client.

Agency has told me the job is via a service company, I have discovered that Craptia own the service company. I have heard rumors about Craptia and their contracts

Its been suggested that IR35 does not apply, I smell a very large rat, an suggestions ?

Almost all govt contracts are at bottom Capita contracts...

As for IR35 it depends if your client is providing a managed service or manpower replacements. So start from there. The latter is caught, the former may be.
