    TimeToPay

I was hearing today about someone who settled with HMRC on DTA for no interest, no penalties over 4 years!

Yet another thing I hate about HMRC is that when they do a "deal" they have not done a "deal". However they just decide not to persue it further.

All in the interests of everyone being treated equally and fairly.

I believe they will struggle to pay even that amount over 4 years. HMRC taking when they can get.

...interesting. Any chance they'd share the details?

The reality is that without extended TTP and some consideration for removing interest then HMRC are going to be keeping the insolvency industry in work for some time.

I've heard enough horror stories now to have lost all faith in HMRC and HMG.
