    Holiday/sick pay, hours offered etc

All very confusing but I understand this is because of government legislation?

Coming from previously ltd company setup I found it all very confusing when umbrella is talking about holiday pay/sick pay etc. And also the contract saying they were offering a minimum of 336 hours of work. All I wanted was someone to deduct the tax etc and pay me!

And WTF is contractor retained or company retained holiday pay?

And why do they pay most of the pay as a bonus?

p.s. don't worry its a proper umbrella I've chosen - Sterling Umbrella - that are AUCAE registered....

Would be sensible! If they can't explain, maybe have a rethink!

You are employed now. Why don't you ask your employer?

Quite why he didn't approach you in the first place baffles me.
The greatest trick the devil ever pulled was convincing the world that he didn't exist

Must have been £5 a year cheaper or something.

To be fair, I did. Dont deal with the agency in question....

I would have gone with Lucys lot if I could. You will be pleased to know I did pick one off the AUCAU - Sterling.

We would deal with them - but for some reason they won't work with us which is ridiculous!
