How a reasonable/fair contract with seed investor would look like?

This question is probably not the best fit for a contactor as opposed to startup forum but maybe someone will answer it. How a reasonable contract with a seed investor prepared to give money for an equity would look like? Are there any good examples publicly available online? Any standard gotchas? Anything in particular to look at?

You are going to have to get a solicitor to draw one up for you as it all depends on what you are doing, the stage you are at etc.

It will cost quite a bit with a specialist solicitor not making it worth the effort. So a standard template is better.
