there seems to be no right or wrong. but PERSONALLY for ME I like to be about 50%. The theory is to reach tpd godness at same time as non tpd godness.

Posting outside of tpd takes longer though...

nope. it is just me. and this job. reason I joined city was to get away from MOD (un)civil (un)service nonsense.
