Bell's on Saturday wasn't so clever...
Had a magnificent 877gr Côte de Boeuf 32 day dry aged (one of 5 rib that my local butcher kept in his Himalayan salt fridge) Angus. Not cheap, works out at £40 each! Nothing is comparable though, so it has "special treat value". Reverse Sear on the charcoal Weber. Hasselback potatoes. Kale was there for green colour.
Rioja for me, Cremant for Mrs Scruff.
Can't recall what we watched last night with much clarity, though...I was an IPSE Consultative Council Member, until the BoD abolished it. I am not an IPSE Member, since they have no longer have any relevance to me, as an IT Contractor.
