Tea: chilli con carne and rice, orange segments & custard (I just realised quite how much milk I have left this week), yogurt (non cornered), 0.91 pints of good Glengettie tea.

The chilli seems ever more fiery than it was last week, maybe defrosting overnight made it stronger.
